The Challenge Begins!!

The Facebook Friends list Challenge begins!! The first person we will go see is Cory Moden of Whitehall Montana!! We will spend the entire day with him and follow him around and see what day with Cory is like! Family Promise Documentary

2nd Floor Pictures will be teaming up with Family Promise to do our first documentary film. Family Promise is a world wide group that helps homeless families get back on their feet. We will be interviewing some of the families and see their take on life and how Family Promise has changed their lives! We will follow them from church to church for this program. Local churches lend their buildings for families to stay in off the streets. Production will start next month and will be produced and directed by Shawn McDowell. We are happy for the chance to to be apart of such a great program and we look forward to working with them more in the future!!!

Welcome to 2nd Floor Pictures Blog!!!!

What's up everybody my name is Shawn McDowell! I am one of the founding fathers of 2nd Floor Pictures!! It all began back in a little place called Johnstown Pa. Randy Altemus, Larry Burke, and myself thought it would be cool to have our own radio like show. So we made a studio on the 2nd Floor of Randy's house and we began something that has never been done!! We used to record ourselves on tape funny stuff that we would come up with and sell them at school!!! It became so popular that we were making some good money for ourselves teachers would even buy them!!! I just wanted everybody to know how this started. I'll never forget where I came from and the people who helped me get where I'm at today!!! This blog site is up and running me and the crew are working hard to try to bring you the best entertainment that we can. And how we do that is by your help!! You the view makes this all possible so leave comments and let us know how we're doing!We are having our debut show The Married Life coming up very soon! It will be a comedy about young people and their switch from single to married!!!We also got the biggest thing since Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee leaked their own home video The FaceBook Friends List Challenge!!! This is the only web cast in the world that you control!!! We age going to visit as many people on our friends list as we can and spend the day with them and their families!!! This has never been done before and remember that you control where we go so if this sucks you can only blame yourselves!!!!lol! The Rev is back in the studio working on his album set to be released in September. The album will include various artists and none other than Ande Roxx from Promiseland Productions!!! We are happy to say that we are now in production on making something happen that we were to have this year but since health problems arose we had to cancel! We are going to have FloodCity the Movie in 2012!!! We can't wait so stay tuned for updates!! Just want to thank everyone who has supported me in this new venture and God Bless!!!

The Friends List Challenge!!!

How many friends do you have on your Friends List on Facebook? I have over 400 right now and it gets bigger every day. But do you really know you friends on your list? I am going to attempt what has never been done before. I will try to visit as many people on my list until the end of next year! That is alot of traveling man!! I will go to their homes with them and their families and hang out with them for one day. My stay will be filmed and will be posted on my FaceBook page for all to see. All you have to do is accept the challenge!! Some of you have gotten invites you must accept the invite to be a part of the challenge!! Some of you will say no that's ok you can always watch the show on the page!! You can also watch on youtube or become a member of this blog it's free!! For those who say yes all you have to do is provide a couch or spare bed food and plan for a fun filled day with you me and your family!! Right now we are trying to get some sponsors lined up as well. Lets make history people because this has never been done before by anybody!!! You are the only ones that can make this happen!!!

The Married Life!!

The Married Life is a new web show that writer and producer Shawn McDowell will direct! The show is about married couple who handle lifes curves with a certain comedy flair!! The shoe will be rated PG for good old fashion fun. The show will star up and coming actor Colten Anderson from Rowlett Texas who now lives in Bozeman Montana and goes to school at Montana State University. The show will also star Tina Menor who lives in Belgrade Montana. The show is set to air next month so stay tuned for updates!

The Rev is back!!!!!!

Sage Justice Entertainment is happy to say that after a long time that artist Rev is back in the studio! He is working on his album Resurrection that is set to be released in September! After getting sick and recovering he said that he needs to tell the world about it and spread the good news. The album focuses on real world stuff and Jesus Christ. This will be the first of many projects that he has on his plate as he plans on making a mix tape as well. So we are happy to have him back and are waiting to see him go full staem ahead!

Hi my names is Shawn McDowell and I am the Owner of 2nd Floor Pictures. We are an up an coming film company that deals with independent films. We want to build a community made up of people who are in the creative arts show they can show people what they can do. We are in production right now with a documentary that focuses on the homeless in Montana. We are also in works with another film an action film called The Hero Inside starring Colt Anderson thats deals with the MMA! We are also in the works of filming another documentary about rap and hip-hop in Johnstown Pa.  So we have our plates full and we want to bring you the entertainment that we can.
